    I really have no idea. I have posted this in Flickr too. I put it in a railroad group in hopes some rail expert will recognize the activity. No one has stepped forward with an explanation yet.

    The guy on the left seems to be holding some kind of wire with a blazing torch on the end. I wish the shot was in color.
