Teddy Wilson was a fine piano player.

He was probably best known for his years and recordings with Benny Goodman groups and heading up a small band to back vocals for some of the best Billie Holiday recordings.

Teddy Wilson died yesterday July 31, in 1986.
He was 73.

Near as I can tell, this was the only David Stone Martin cover for a Teddy Wilson record. There were two 45 rpm records, same design slightly different colors.
