I'm not sure at all. Sometimes the only clue is the hair. The girls had curls with ribbons and the boys had parts.This one: who knows?

Thanks WWW. Yes it’s obviously a swivel stool. It probably tilts, twirls and rolls. One move and the child is in tears. By the way, look at those tiny feet.
