
Peanut Butter and Jam on Toast.
That's all natural peanut butter (no salt or sugar or other additives) and sugarless jam (sweetened only with natural fructose, no additives, including artificial sweeteners,) and whole grain bread (containing no "enriched” flour or artificial preservatives)
I bought the knife at a charity shop.
