Computerized Graphics and Acrylic

Here is a page of paintings. These are all acrylic with computer generated and manipulated images. colors. They vary in size from 16 x 20 to 26 x 26. They are presented here just for viewing and only a little attempt was made to keep them proportional. Actual sizes are noted.

Aside from the usual softening of detail in a painting's photograph like this, another problem is that some of the subtle colors resulting from the multiple overlays of translucent tissue paper are lost. Click on the picture for screen sized-version.

They are presented here in date completed order.

New examples and additional information are always welcome. Any additional information will help narrow the time that these precious antiques were made. All submissions should be free of glare and shadows. Do not crop. Leave a border around each card. The edges are sometimes an important clue to the age of the card.

Some examples on this page have been enhanced or restored for clarity and presentation here.

This page is free for educational and research purposes only but, as always, if the original owner of any of these examples objects to the use on this page, just let me know and they will be immediately removed.
