Good work anyjazz! I remember when it used to cost bombs to have an old photo renovated by experts - now someone with the requisite level of skill can do it at home on the 'puter. :-)
Thanks Twilight. This is such a simple thing to do for an old photograph. It has earned the scratches and scrapes but doesn't deserve the aging of the primitive photo materials of the time.
