I don't know. There is just something wrong with this somehow. I just can't seem to put my finger on it exactly. Perhaps it is just too much or perhaps something missing.
Does it mean if you join their church you are insured? Or if you buy the insurance are you automatically a member of the church?
The lettering while amateurish looking does have a couple qualities. All the lettering is upper case. Even professional sign painters will occasionally mix upper and lower case in erroneous ways. They sometimes use all upper case except the “e” or the “i” for example.
The lettering is fairly spaced and in even lines. But the color choices seem random and are not used to accentuate any words in particular.
Outside of conveying a web site, just what is the message? Both windows were obviously painted at the same time, by the same persons, but what is the connection?
I don’t know about this “missionary” but sadly, we do have many self-appointed “ministers” of religious faith in our region. Often it is someone who took exception to something in the doctrine of one of the mainstream churches, or simply doesn’t like the church bulletin. So they form their own church, appoint themselves as minister and hold “services” in the rec room or the basement of their home. This is their right to do so. I don’t think anyone would have a problem with that.
In our little town of about 20 thousand, there are 107 churches listed in the current phone book. That’s a church for about every 200 people.
As in about anything, there are those who would take advantage of any situation however. Some of these “churches” are probably formed only to qualify for non-taxable status. Saves them big bucks every year. And narrows the government’s budget for things like schools and law enforcement.

Seeing this kind of thing first thing of a morning could upset me for the day, Anyjazz!!
I wonder what would be the reaction if I were to paint a shop window with adverts for atheism?

There'd probably be a whole lot of stonin' goin' on. Before morning. Religious people don't seem to be very tolerant. It’s all the extremists I guess, that leave that impression. In general, most of the religions seem to get along with each other fairly well.
