Found Friday - A Civics Lesson

This may be a little obscure even for me. With Photoshop I changed every number on this traffic ticket. I changed most of the words. But the message remains. Don’t drive with a damaged tail light. I found this on the sidewalk in an Oklahoma town. Someone didn’t think it was very important.
