Found Friday - The Budget

A sign of the times? Is this person figuring their food budget dollar by dollar? Are they adding up the items they have in their shopping cart before they go through the checkout line? Or maybe as they tour the asiles, they add in each item as they put it in the cart. Some folks just want to know how much their cart comes to before the cashier adds it up.
