Mom, Dad two boys and a girl

Dad, wearing a false beard to conceal his identity was the inventor of the left glove.

They couldn't find their daughter for the portrait sitting so a groupie waiting in the hall was called for a stand-in. Twins Felton and Argyle appeared by the courtesy of Flyways Films.

Mom was too tired to be dealing with any of this so the boys had to hold her in place.

OPIEJEAN has “TAGGED” me for this exercise.

She says it is to help promote more traffic and readers to the blog. First of all: I didn’t realize people actually READ this stuff! What’ll they think of next? I have to be more careful what I say from now on.

So I copied this from the blogspot of OPIEJEAN who has “TAGGED” me for this exercise.

A Piece Of Pie

Oh Joy. Do we get to play the snowball email game next?

P.Z. Myers, a noted scholar of evolutionary biology (and an outspoken atheist hero YMMV) who posts over at Pharyngula at Science Blogs, committed a social faux pas by standing up a group of his drunken fans while visiting Philadelphia. Branded a sinner for his heresy, he has been ‘tagged’ by a fellow blogger, and as a result “tagged” my friend Tim "thetimechannel" as well! Tim was chosen at semi-random by PZ as a result of his ongoing participation in the comment section of his blog, and now Tim has tagged me. Thanks so much, Timmy-boy.

You pay your money and you take your chances, and the rules for being “tagged’ are thus:

Link to the person who tagged you.
Post the rules on your blog.
Write six random things about yourself.
Tag six people at the end of your post and link to them.
Let each person know they’ve been tagged and leave a comment on their blog.
Let the tagger know when your entry is up.

Six Random Things About Me:
1. I got married at 19, nearly 39 years ago. Next month is our anniversary.
2. I have three kids, a boy and two girls, supposedly all adults now.
3. I have two elderly cats with health issues.
4. I’m not only a native Southern Californian, I’m a native of Los Angeles County.
5. I make a mean pie; boysenberry, apple, pecan, they’re all killer.
6. I always want to have the last word. Want, as opposed to have to have.

My Chosen Six, some of whom will certainly not thank me, are:
Ranuel, of http://ranuel.livejournal.com/,
Elayne, of http://elaynocentricity.com/blog/,
Fred http://jabberclarks.blogspot.com/,
Theo aka Teho (who probably has no clue who I am http://teho.vox.com/,
Christina http://sayingnothingcharmingly.blogspot.com/
and
Doug http://shyzaboy.blogsome.com/

So since blogger Opiejean over at A PIECE OF PIE has “tagged” me for this thing I will follow through with my version.

Here are the rules (again):

Link to the person who tagged you.
Post the rules on your blog.
Write six random things about yourself.
Tag six people at the end of your post and link to them.
Let each person know they’ve been tagged and leave a comment on their blog.
Let the tagger know when your entry is up.

And here at last are those long awaited and sought after
Six Random Things About Me:

1. I have only five toes on my left foot.
2. I have never been to Saskatchewan. Okay, only once. But I didn't get out of the wagon.
3. I always dress in the dark.
4. The Vogue-Art Theater is off limits. I ain’t never been there and I ain’t goin’ back.
5. Half of what I know is only half right but I can't remember half of it half of the time anyway.
6. I don’t KNOW six people.

So in view of that, I am repeating here the six choices of OPIEJEAN

Her Chosen Six, some of whom will certainly not thank her OR ME, are:

Ranuel, (who probably has no clue who I am)http://ranuel.livejournal.com/,
Elayne, (who probably has no clue who I am)http://elaynocentricity.com/blog/,
Fred (who probably …wait a minute …He knows me)http://jabberclarks.blogspot.com/,
Theo aka Teho (who probably has no clue who I am EITHER) http://teho.vox.com/,
Christina, (who probably has no clue who I am)http://sayingnothingcharmingly.blogspot.com/
and
Doug (who probably has no clue who I am)http://shyzaboy.blogsome.com/

The only remaining question is: Just how many "Means" had to die for that pie?

Mom pop and the two kids

Tempelton Creepa had worked for years cleaning squirrel cages and was finally adversely affected by the fumes. He turned his attention to pancake collecting and imitating clocks. Although his wife June was clever enough to get him dressed for this sitting, Templeton never quite understood what they were doing.
