Is that you, Fred? In the photo on the bottom of the left side-bar?

Heh. I always thought you'd be a cutie.

Yep, Thanks! That's him, before the beard in all the HAT pictures on Flickr.

How do you like my subtle political comments, just above the "Learning Curve" box?

Sorry it took so log to get back to you, but yes, I love the subtle political comments.

I left another comment on your psychedelic mural, I hope you see that one, too.

And I asked a nosy question. Nosey. Either way. NYC Treeman has removed his comments from your thread, or you removed them. He got so belligerent during the runup to the election in 2006 that I had to remove him from my friends list. He has some gorgeous photos in his collection but his politics are insane.

Nosy or nosey, my spell checker says it is okay either way.

In the three or four years I have been on Flickr I have only removed a couple comments and they were from deviates with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I feel another Flickr rant coming on. But later for that.

Yes, I have noted that nyctreeman does have a rather fanatical bent. He was very interested in my reservations in posting the found photograph of a couple children (one with a peaked hat, KKK style) a few months ago. (I just checked it was almost two years ago. My memory is shot. My daughter points that out to me.)

All that said, I noted that his account has been removed completely from Flickr. It must have happened in the past couple days as I check all my contact’s streams nearly every day. (Yes, sometimes I have WAY too much time on my hands.)

One of his last postings this week was an open invitation to create a forum on his stream to complain about Flickr’s new front page format.

There are bigger things in our lives to think about.

I just noticed that nyctreeman's Flickr stream has been deleted altogether. He must have pushed the limit.

That's wild. It was still there when I posted this comment.
