My goodness, whoever got those instructions and was taking those meds was on some medium-heavy-duty stuff.

The story behind the note might be an interesting one. Too bad we'll never know. Maybe we don't want to know.

My guess, and probably yours, is that it was a terminal patient. A patient to be kept "comfortable" as possible. No, we will never know.

I look for these things because they make me think. We should all think a little more.
